The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions on the community.
SASSA is going to be rendering companies for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency reported it can be alarmed about the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be due to status sassa lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office focused on service the area regularly. The assistance stage made for herehere intervention experiences a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more assets to empower the servicing of all customers and boost entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
